Club Resorto Customer Review

I took membership of Club Resorto recently and this was my first trip. The membership campaign was at Hotel O Tamara, Trivandrum and we were explained about the product by Mr.Aravind and Mr.Revi. Later Mr. Firdous vetted the deal and we became a one bedroom members. This trip was shortly arranged and I didn't get rooms from other hotel/resort memberships. I contacted Mr.Revi on 13/09/2023 after 1.00 pm for a two nights stay at Kochi for the 15th and 16th of September. Revi sent me the email id for booking. After sending my request I got a reply from the booking desk at 5.00 pm giving me a list of 6 ***|***** hotels. I actually had a difficulty in narrowing my choice. I gave my preference for Crowne Plaza. On the 14th as I didn't get a confirmation I called Mr.Revi, Mr.Aravind and Mr.Firdous in that order. All of them assured that the confirmation would come soon. By 5.33 pm I got the confirmation. I double checked with the hotel and had a fine trip. I once again thank Club Resorto together with Mr.Revi, Mr.Aravind and Mr.Firdous. If you make a preplanned trip then there would be no tension awaiting room booking. I am not a photo man, so there are no photos. Perhaps for the next trip I shall take some photos and share.

I requested for accomodation booking. Ms Firdous helped me to get the booking at very short notice. Location of the accomodation and specific room was good.

Helloo soo first i wasss very nervous before buying but my son approached me there because the decision we have to take is only on table..Soo we finally took decision & said yes lets go with the 10 years of package… Now after 2-3 holidays i feel so satisfied that I think i have recover my money in 2-3 holidays only😅😅 And now m proud that i m the member of club resorto ,Sooo yeah guys goo ahead with them without any hesitation .
